Currently residing on an East London houseboat, Nicole joins the Academy with over seven years of videography and content creation experience. With a First Class Honours degree in Acting from ALRA, she's transitioned her creative skills into capturing compelling narratives. Her experience spans diverse industries, but her passion lies in women's sports, having worked with the Barclays WSL, The FA, and others. Her dream is to elevate women's sports coverage, aiming to work for elite Women’s football teams, and major tournaments, while championing equal representation and celebrating women's football as a distinct, thriving entity.

From Croydon, Lucy is a rising talent in sports media. With a first-class BA in Multimedia Sports Journalism from UCFB Wembley, she currently works as a Freelance Broadcast Assistant, Assistant Producer, and Vision Mixer at talkSPORT, while also pursuing presenting and content creation opportunities. Driven by a passion for the women's game, her dream is to contribute to its growth, envisioning a future where women's and men's sports receive equal recognition and coverage, fostering an inclusive environment for all.

Originally from Illinois, Sophia now lives in Ealing, London. She graduated from Barry University (Florida) with a degree in Broadcasting and Emerging Media degree, and holds a Masters in Media Journalism and Communications from Hertfordshire University. Following that, Sophia completed an internship with Nike Sports Camps. Her experience ranges from reporting for INDIVISA, to working with UEFA - covering major events including the Champions League and Euros. Sophia is an experienced footballer, previously playing for Stevenage FC and Actonians LFC. Passionate about women's football, she wants to see greater female representation in sports media, and dreams of roles covering the NWSL, WSL, and Women's Champions League.

From London, Georgia graduated with a BA in Media (with Film) from University College London. Following that, she has honed her skills as a Freelance Producer, building on previous roles at COPA90 (as a producer), Women in Football (content creator), Bullion Productions (editor), and Bloomsbury Football (marketing). Beyond her passion for women’s football, she's deeply invested in music. Her dream is to secure a full-time Producer role and champion greater diversity within women's sports, particularly English football, becoming a visible role model for women of colour.

From East London, Maya joins the Academy with a unique blend of artistic and journalistic experience. A BRIT School musical theatre alumni, she honed her sports reporting skills with an NCTJ in 2023. Currently a freelance entertainment and sports journalist/presenter, her portfolio includes presenting for the Premier League's Kicks Cup, reporting at the London and Hackney Marathons, and working on the previous Arsenal Women's campaigns. Maya envisions a future as a prominent TV presenter, advocating for equal recognition and pay for women's sports. Outside of football, she has a passion for interviewing people, figure skating, and art (running her own art club).

From East London, Sade brings a strong foundation in film, having earned a BA Film degree in 2022. Currently working as a freelance video editor, videographer, and social media manager, her experience spans notable agencies like McCann advertising agency and ZAK. Passionate about long-distance running and community work, Sade’s aspiration is to see more women of colour behind the lens in sports media - particularly as photographers and videographers.

Currently balancing a career in Credit Control, Leila lives with her family in Surrey, and brings a deep passion for women's football. A football player herself and the host of the 'Sister Goals' podcast, she aspires to become a leading content creator and presenter. Her vision for women's sports includes seeing more female athletes achieve mainstream recognition, fostering larger, more diverse fan bases.

From High Wycombe and now based in London, Jasmine joins the Academy having built foundations with her NCTJ diploma with News Associates, and UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Creative Media Studies and Technology from Global Academy. Her professional experience spans freelance presenting in sports, radio production, and voice acting. A fitness enthusiast, she enjoys personal training, boxing, and playing football. Her aspirations include becoming a TV pitchside pundit, hosting a football show, and interviewing players for online publishers. She hopes for a future where women's football stadiums are consistently at full capacity, broadcasting companies have dedicated women's sports teams, and women's facilities match the quality of men's.

Nali, hailing from Liverpool, is an Oxford graduate with a BA in English and French. Currently a Marketing Assistant at a theatre, and freelance writer, she has previous experience as an Editorial Intern at GAY TIMES and a Communications Intern at Spotify. Nali's aspirations include becoming a writer, presenter, and content producer within women's sports media, aiming to bridge the gap between sports and culture. She dreams of the sport being embraced by broader culture and media all year round (not just during major tournaments) – perhaps a mainstream football analysis program dedicated solely to women's football.

Based in London, Hannah brings a unique blend of athletic and communication skills. Having studied Communications, Marketing, and PR on a football scholarship in the USA, her diverse experience includes work as an Educational Assistant at FBB, a Marketing Assistant, and content creation. Hannah played as an international footballer for the Guyanese Women’s National Team, and also appeared on the UK edition of Survivor. Her interests span travel, public speaking, and hosting, and Hannah’s career aspirations are set on presenting, interviewing, and broadcasting within women's sports, particularly football - with a commitment to increasing representation of women of color in sports media.

Hailing from Watford, but now based in Sheffield, Aya is immersed in the world of sports journalism through her NCTJ accredited degree. She is already making waves in the industry with her Spotify podcast 'Her Game, Her Rules' plus a summer internship at COPA90, where she gained experience in editorial, production, and presenting. With aspirations to become a women's football presenter or work in radio, she's passionate about seeing increased diversity in sports media, advocating for a future where women's sports are simply recognized as 'sport.
